• Employers will initially only see an anonymized version of your profile (e.g., "Seeker #12345") along with an AI-generated match score and rationale.
• If an employer is interested in your anonymized profile, they may spend a "Reveal Credit" to unlock your full profile. Only then will your name, email address, professional summary, and CVs be visible to that specific employer for that specific job.

Your participation in the Talent Pool is voluntary. You may opt in or out at any time from the "Profile Visibility" section of your dashboard. Your personal contact information is never sold or made publicly visible.
