Position Highlights

Base salary range: $213K-$235K (based on years of experience)
$100K sign-on bonus
Retention bonus for long-term commitment
Optional monthly call bonus with call shift stipends in addition to the call bonus
Only one required holiday call per year for all full-time employees
All call shifts: 7am - 7pm
Bonuses in addition to base pay
Extra shift premiums for additional shifts

Facility

Founded in 1939 as Martin County Hospital, the 244-bed facility treats patients with major illnesses or injuries and life-threatening symptoms. The campus is home to the Frances Langford Heart Center, the Robert and Carol Weissman Cancer Center, the Back and Spine Center and a Minimally Invasive Surgery Center. The hospital is also home to the Martin Health System Center for Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery, a multidisciplinary team comprising of surgeons, registered dietitians and bariatric nurse coordinator.
